Monday 20/07 GENK 09.00 hr Paddock open (guarded the night of Monday/Tuesday) Boats have to stay in Genk – no entry possible anymore on Tuesday. 11.00-14.00 Unofficial training (no rescue, commercial traffic has priority) 14.00-16.00 Official training (rescue present, but commercial traffic has priority) Jury meeting (to be advised by the Chief Judge) Team captains meeting (to be advised by the Chief Judge) 16.30 hr Assembling of the parade at the ‘Limburg Hal’ (Dress code: Official Team Uniform required) 16.45 hr Departure of the parade 17.00 hr Team presentation at the town hall (one boat/country + Team Captains and Teams) Reception at the Town Hall For the Jury, Racing Council, Organisers, Team Captains and Teams. Thursday 23/07 ANTWERP 12.00-22.00 Paddock open (it closes at 22.00 hr – no exceptions possible !!!) 13.30-15.00 Official training (rescue present, no commercial traffic) Jury meeting (to be advised by the Chief Judge) Team captains meeting (to be advised by the Chief Judge) 16.45 hr Assembling of the parade in the paddock (Dress code: Official Team Uniform required) 17.00 hr Team presentation at the town hall (one boat/country + Team captains) 18.00 hr Reception at the town hall. For the Jury, Racing Council, Organisers, Team Captains and Parade Teams. Friday 24/07 ANTWERP 07.00-23.00 Paddock open (no more security after 23.00 hr !!!) Sunday 26/07 VIERSEL 08.00-22.00 Paddock open (guarded up to Monday morning). 13.00 hr Race Ladies F1 & F2 (45 min. + 1 lap) 14.30 hr Race Junior Boys & Junior Girls (30 min. + 1 lap) 16.00 hr Race Men F1 & F2 (60 min. + 1 lap) Dress Code: Official Team Uniform required 20.30 hr Prize giving – results Viersel – at the HOOIDONK Center 21.00 hr Closing ceremony – at the HOOIDONK Center Prize giving – Overall Trophy Presentations Final dinner 24.00 hr Party at the site in Viersel - On Race day an unofficial Podium will be held directly after each competition for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed skier of each Category. It is very important that those skiers go as quickly as possible to the podium after the race.
